SEITec conducts detailed planning studies and prepares a comprehensive concept design to determine the system size, optimum layout, schedule, and budget for your project. Upon approval of the concept design, SEITec prepares complete set of design plans and technical specifications for traditional design-bid-build or design-build project delivery.  For design-build delivery, SEITec obtains all permits required for the project.
